DuPont Phontomasks to Outsource
Pellicle Supply
ROUND ROCK, Texas-Jexas-July
8, 2003-DuPont Photomasks, Inc. (NASDAQ: DPMI)
today announced that it has signed a multi-year
supply agreement with Micro Lithography, Inc. (MLI),
Whereby MLI will supply pellicles to DuPont Photomasks,
assuring the company's access to advanced pellicle
capacity.

Environmental statement
MLI is committed to environmental
friendly manufacturing processes by being proactive
in complying with semiconductor industry chemical use
regulations. MLI has been and will continue working
on reduction of energy usage by conservation, using
of energy efficient equipment, participating in energy
saving program with utility companies and minimization
of wastes. MLI's reduction goals for calendar year 2011
is estimated at 1% overall reduction for hazardous waste
and 1% overall reduction for electric usage. The 2011
progress shall be reviewed and updated by Jan-31-2012.
